VINAIGRETTE DRESSING 1/2 c. red wine vinegar 1/4 c. oil 1/2 tsp. dry mustard 1/4 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. freshly ground pepper 1 large garlic clove, crushed 1/4 c. water 1 tsp. sugar 1 tsp. dehydrated parsley flakes In a tightly covered jar, combine all ingredients and shake until blended or combine all ingredients in blender and blend on medium speed about 15 seconds until blended. Let stand at least 1 hour to blend flavors. Store in a cool place. Shake before using and remove garlic if desired. Yield: 1 cup, 33 calories per tablespoon.
