MICROWAVE BROCCOLI-CHEESE SOUP 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli 1/2 c. chopped onion 2 tsp. instant chicken bouillon granules 2 tsp. dry mustard 1 c. nonfat dry milk 4 tsp. cornstarch 2 c. water 1 c. cubed Velveeta cheese Place frozen broccoli in microwave on High 2 minutes. Add onion and 2 tablespoons water in 2 quart casserole. Cover and micro on High 4 minutes. Stir and micro 4 minutes more. Combine chicken bouillon, dry mustard, nonfat dry milk, corn- starch and water in blender. Blend smooth. Slowly stir into hot broccoli mixture. Cover with plastic wrap and micro on Medium 12 minutes, stirring every 2 minutes. Stir in cheese. Micro High 2 minutes. Add water, if necessary.
