WATERGATE SALAD

1 (size 303) can crushed
pineapple
1 large box pistachio instant
pudding
1 medium-size tub Cool Whip or
equivalent
1 c. finely chopped nuts
1 1/2 c. miniature
marshmallows

In large mixing bowl pour opened can of crushed pineap-
ple (do not drain) and pudding. Mix these two ingredients very
well until all the pudding is dissolved. Next, add the Cool
Whip mixing thoroughly. Finally add the nuts and marshmallows.
Cool in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes, long enough for
the pudding to set up. Very smooth, creamy and tasty. Store
completely covered.
