BOB'S BARBECUE SAUCE

1 stick butter or margarine
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
4 garlic cloves, peeled and
cut in half
1 bottle (14 oz.) catsup
2 tsp. celery seed
juice of 2 lemons (about 2/3
c.)
1/2 c. horseradish mustard
3 Tbsp. vinegar
1/3 c. Worcestershire sauce
1/3 c. chili sauce

Melt butter. Add brown sugar and garlic. Cook over low
heat until sugar dissolves. Add remaining ingredients. Mix
well. Simmer, covered, 30 to 40 minutes.
