WILD RICE SALAD

3 pkg. Uncle Ben's long grain
and wild rice, cook as
directed without butter and
cool
6 green onions, chopped
2 green peppers, chopped
3/4 tsp. curry powder
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
6 jars marinated artichokes,
chopped (leave out touch
leaves), drain (reserve
marinade)
1 Tbsp. Durkey's sauce
2 cans sliced water chestnuts,
chopped

Serves 18, but may be cut into 3rds to serve 6 or 12.
Mix mayonnaise, Durkey's, a couple of spoonfuls of
marinade and curry powder. Pour sauce over rest of ingredi-
ents. Mix well and cool.
