HUNGARIAN POTATO SOUP 1/2 c. chopped onion 2 Tbsp. butter 4 medium potatoes, diced 1 tsp. salt (optional) 1/4 c. all-purpose flour 1 1/2 tsp. paprika 1 c. dairy sour cream 2 1/2 c. milk Cook onion in butter until tender. Add potatoes, salt and 1 cup water. Cover and cook 15 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Blend flour, paprika and sour cream until smooth. Stir into potato mixture. Add milk; heat to boiling, stirring. Cook one minute. Season. Serves six.
