FROZEN COLE SLAW 1 medium cabbage, grated 1/2 c. shredded carrots 1 small onion, minced 1 tsp. salt 1 c. vinegar 1 1/2 c. sugar 1/2 tsp. celery salt pepper to taste Mix cabbage, carrots and onion; add salt and toss. Combine remaining ingredients and bring to boil and simmer for one minute, then cool. Add the cabbage mixture (drained) and spoon into cartons. Freeze.
