BANANA SALAD 3 eggs 1 1/2 c. water 2 Tbsp. flour 1 1/2 c. sugar 1/2 c. white vinegar 2 to 3 bananas 10 oz. peanuts, chopped Combine all ingredients except bananas and peanuts and cook on low-medium heat until thick. Stir often. Slice bananas into the bottom of your dish. Cover with chopped peanuts. Chill.
