FRUIT WITH HONEY DRESSING 2 medium cantaloupe, in balls 1 large can pineapple tidbits, drained 1 c. seedless green grapes, sliced 1 c. strawberries, sliced 1 tsp. orange rind, grated juice of large orange 2 tsp. lemon juice dash of salt 1/4 c. honey Empty cantaloupe balls, pineapple tidbits, green grapes and strawberries into bowl. Make a sauce of the orange rind, orange juice, lemon juice, salt and honey and add to the fruits. This is especially good when fruits are in season. Garnish with a sprig of mint.
