BELGIUM SALAD 1 can French-style green beans 1 can white Shoe Peg corn 1 can peas (small) 1 c. celery, chopped 1 onion, chopped 1 green or red pepper 1 small can pimento Mix ingredients, drain well in colander. In saucepan, mix: 1 c. sugar 1/2 c. vinegar 1/2 c. oil 1/2 tsp. pepper 1 tsp. salt Bring to boil. Cool and pour over vegetables. Let stand overnight. Drain off excess liquid and serve.
