CARROT SALAD

4 carrots
1 (5 oz.) can crushed
pineapple
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. salad dressing or
mayonnaise

Peel and grate carrots. Drain pineapple. Mix all
ingredients together. May be served as individual salads on
lettuce leaf, topped with a green maraschino cherry.
