DRIED ROAST BEEF GRAVY

1 pkg. or jar dried roast beef
3 large Tbsp. flour
1 stick butter or margarine
1/2 gal. sweet milk

Cut dried beef into small pieces. Melt 1 stick butter
in iron skillet; add beef. Saute until beef is soft, just a
few minutes. Stir in flour good, then fill skillet with milk.
Stir until your thickness is done. Remove from stove. Will
serve about 20 people. Perfect gravy for all occasions.
