SUMI CHICKEN SALAD 1/2 c. sliced almonds 1/2 c. sesame seed 3 green onions, chopped (more or less to taste) 1 head shredded cabbage 2 pkg. Ramen noodles, crushed 1 pkg. chicken breasts, baked and shredded Spread almonds and sesame seed with 2 tablespoons oil on cookie sheet and toast in oven until golden. Mix rest of ingredients together and mix in following dressing: 1/2 c. sugar 1 tsp. black pepper 1 tsp. salt (optional) 1 1/4 c. oil 3/4 c. rice vinegar Mix well and pour over salad. Add almonds and seed, let marinate overnight in refrigerator.
