SAUERKRAUT SALAD 1 large can kraut, wash in cold water and drain 1 c. diced celery 1/2 medium green pepper 1/2 medium onion 1 carrot, shredded 1 c. sugar 1/2 c. vinegar 1/2 c. oil Add celery, green pepper, onion and carrot to kraut. Mix together. Mix together and add sugar, vinegar and oil. Mix ingredients well. Let stand 8 hours or overnight.
