ITALIAN TOMATO SAUCE

2 to 4 cloves of garlic
1 small can tomato paste
1 large can tomato sauce or
puree
handful of parsley
dash of oregano
dash of basil
1 or 2 bay leaves (optional)
1 lb. Italian sausage
(optional)
1 lb. Italian meatball
(optional)

Fry garlic (in enough oil to cover pan) until brown.
Then remove garlic. You may now fry meatball and sausage until
brown and remove. Add tomato paste and cook until bubbly. Add
tomato sauce and the rest of the seasoning; stir well. Add
meat if desired and cook for at least an hour or more, stirring
often. Serve over any macaroni or spaghetti. Enjoy.
