CIRCUS CHILI

1 lb. ground round hamburger,
lean
2 lb. ground chuck
1 Tbsp. olive oil
8 Tbsp. Gebhardt chili powder
2 medium onions, chopped
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. black pepper
6 cloves garlic, chopped
1 Tbsp. oregano
2 tsp. cumin
2 tsp. sweet basil
1/2 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. paprika
2 tsp. cayenne1 tsp. red
crushed peppers
1 Tbsp. white vinegar
2 (14 1/2 oz.) cans beef broth
6 oz. tomato paste
8 oz. V-8 juice
16 dashes Louisiana hot sauce
2 c. water

Pour oil in skillet, cook onions and garlic until
translucent. Place in separate bowl. Cook meat until grey,
drain grease. Add onions and garlic. Next, add 1 can beef
broth, all spices (rub oregano/basil in hands while adding to
pot), salt and peppers. Cook for 30 minutes. Next, add 1 can
beef broth, tomato paste, V-8 juice, vinegar, hot sauce and
