POTATO SOUP 8 large potatoes 2 medium onions 1 (12 oz.) can condensed milk 2 c. baking mix 2 eggs Dice potatoes with skins. Dice onions and boil with potatoes until tender. Add condensed milk and keep at a boil. Mix baking mix and egg until a soft dough forms. Drop in pot by spoonfuls. Simmer until dumplings are tender.
