CUCUMBER-YOGURT SALAD (Armenian) 2 garlic cloves, crushed 1 tsp. salt or to taste 2 c. plain yogurt 2 medium cucumbers, peeled, sliced in cubes (cut off seedy part if seeds are too big) Mix crushed garlic, salt and yogurt. Add a little water if yogurt is too thick. Add the cukes. Mix. Garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired. Good on hot summer days and a refreshing addition to a soup or sandwich lunch.
