GOLFER'S STEW

2 lb. beef stew, cut in chunks
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can celery soup
1 pkg. dried onion soup mix
1 c. brandy

Place meat in a large casserole. Combine soups and
wine; pour over beef. Cover and bake in a 250 degrees oven for 3
hours. Serve with rice or noodles.
