CRANBERRY CITRUS MOLD

1/2 c. sugar
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cherry gelatin
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon gelatin
2 1/2 c. boiling water
1 (8 1/4 oz.) can crushed
pineapple
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 small whole orange,
quartered and seeded
2 c. fresh or frozen
cranberries
1 c. finely chopped celery

Dissolve sugar and gelatins in boiling water. Add
undrained pineapple and lemon juice; chill until partially set
(like unbeaten egg whites). Coarsely grind orange and cran-
berries. Fold cranberries, orange and celery into gelatin.
Chill until firm.
