1 c. cut-up cooked turkey
1 c. thinly sliced celery
1/2 c. croutons
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. diced roasted almonds
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. onion salt
1/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. croutons or crushed
potato chips

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients except cheese
and 1/2 cup croutons. Divide between 2 ungreased 1 1/2 cups
casseroles. Sprinkle cheese and 1/2 cup croutons on top. Bake
20 to 25 minutes. Makes 2 servings.
