STRAWBERRY NUT SALAD

2 small pkg. strawberry
gelatin
1 c. boiling water
2 pkg. frozen strawberries (no
more that 20 oz.)
1 can crushed pineapple in
heavy syrup (16 oz. can)
1 c. chopped walnuts
1 pt. sour cream

Mix 1 cup boiling water into gelatin. Fold in all at
once, frozen strawberries (thawed), walnuts and pineapple
(drained); mix. Pour 1/2 mixture into dish and refrigerate
until jelled. Remove from refrigerator and spread sour cream
on top of gel and add the rest of the mixture on top of sour
cream. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
