1 can tuna
1/2 lb. crab meat
1 lb. shrimp
2 c. cooked macaroni
1 medium onion, chopped fine
1 tsp. pepper
1 c. diced celery
1/2 c. green peppers, chopped
2 Tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. mayonnaise
Combine seafood, macaroni and vegetables. Add salt,
pepper and vinegar. Mix with mayonnaise. Serve on lettuce,
garnish with hard-cooked egg, olives and sliced tomatoes.
