WATERCRESS/PARSLEY SALAD DRESSING 1 bunch watercress 1 small bunch parsley 1/3 c. commercial mayonnaise 1/3 c. commercial sour cream 2 Tbsp. milk 1 1/2 tsp. lime juice Remove stems from watercress and parsley and coarsely chop leaves. Place watercress and parsley in blender along with remaining ingredients. Whirl until completely blended and pureed. Makes approximately 1 1/4 cups dressing.
