1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. Dijon mustard
1/2 c. plain yogurt
3/4 c. chopped fresh dill
2 Tbsp. cognac or other brandy
freshly ground black pepper
Blend together in small bowl mayonnaise, mustard,
yogurt, dill and cognac. Add salt and a few twists of freshly
ground black pepper to taste. Serve with cold seafood salad.
Makes 1 1/2 cups.
