CARROT SALAD 1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange gelatin 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1 c. boiling water 1 c. grated carrots 1 small can crushed pineapple 1 c. miniature marshmallows 1 pkg. whipped topping or 1 c. non-dairy topping Dissolve gelatin and cheese in water. Refrigerate until partially set. Add carrots, pineapple and marshmallows. Fold in whipped topping. Refrigerate until set.
