7 LAYER LETTUCE SALAD
1/2 to 3/4 head of lettuce,
1 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. chopped onion
8 slices fried bacon, crumbled
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen peas,
cooked and cooled
2 c. mayonnaise with 2 Tbsp.
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Make in layers. Spread mayonnaise on top and sprinkle
bacon on top. Add cheese, if desired. Refrigerate 12 to 24
