1 can peas, drained
3 hard-boiled eggs
1/2 c. diced Velveeta cheese
1 Tbsp. diced onions
1/4 c. diced sweet pickles
1/2 c. diced celery
3/4 to 1 c. salad dressing,
thinned with some of the
pea juice or milk
season with salt, pepper and

Mix all the ingredients, except the salad dressing,
lightly. Stir in the diluted salad dressing. Chill before
serving. Serves 10.
