SALMON SALAD 1 large loaf sandwich bread 1 small onion 5 hard-cooked eggs 1 can red salmon 1 c. chopped celery 2 c. Miracle Whip Cut crusts off bread. Butter one side of bread and cut into small squares. Combine bread with onion (chopped fine) and chopped eggs. Set in refrigerator overnight. Next morn- ing, add drained salmon and Miracle Whip. Can be put into a mold.
