GLADYS GOSSARD'S SURPRISE SALAD 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon jello 1 c. boiling water 1 c. pineapple juice 1/2 c. sugar 1 c. cream or 1 pkg. Dream Whip 1 c. grated cheese 3/4 c. chopped nuts Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Boil together pineapple juice and sugar. Mix ingredients together and let cool until slightly thickened. Whip cream and beat in gelatin mixture. Add cheese and nuts. Chill. Crushed pineapple may be added with the nuts and cheese after draining the juice earlier.
