2 Tbsp. mayo
2 Tbsp. plain low-fat yogurt
1 large red apple, cored and
cut 1/2-inch dices
1/4 c. celery
1/4 c. chopped walnuts
2 Tbsp. dark seedless raisins
In medium bowl, mix mixture of mayo and yogurt until
smooth. Stir in remaining ingredients until well blended.
Cover and refrigerate until ready to use. May be made a day
