2 cucumbers, sliced thin
1 onion, chopped
juice of 1 lemon
1/2 c. yogurt
1 Tbsp. fresh or dried crushed
Toss ingredients together and chill for an hour or more.
For a drier mixture, salt the cucumbers and toss the other
ingredients together separately. Let the cucumbers stand for
1/2 hour; chill the yogurt mixture. Drain the cucumbers, add
the yogurt mixture and chill for 1/2 hour. Serves 4.
