PASTA SALAD

1 box shells (multi-colored or
plain)
1 bunch broccoli
1 small red onion
1 jar sliced pimentos
1 can small olives, pitted
1 (3 oz.) jar green olives,
stuffed
1 jar Newman dressing
(vinaigrette style)

Cook shells according to package directions. Drain.
Blanch broccoli for 2 minutes. Slice red onion very thin.
Place cooled shells and broccoli in large mixing bowl. Add
onions, strained pimentos, strained olives (black and green).
Mix well. Add jar of Newman dressing. Mix well. Refrigerate.
Serve in a glass bowl, for pleasing presentation. Serves a
party-size group.
