ORIENTAL CABBAGE SALAD 2 large chicken breasts, skin removed and cooked 3 1/2 c. finely shredded cabbage 2 Tbsp. thinly sliced green onions and tops 1 pkg. Top Ramen noodles (discard flavor packet) 3 Tbsp. toasted sliced almonds 2 Tbsp. sesame seed 1/3 c. Oriental Chef Sesame Dressing* Slice chicken in 1-inch strips. Place in large bowl. Add cabbage and green onions. Toss. Chill up to 2 hours. Just before serving, add almonds and sesame seed and crumble and add noodles. Pour on dressing and serve. *If Oriental Chef Sesame Dressing cannot be found, mix the following: 5 tablespoons rice vinegar, 3 tablespoons sugar, 3/4 teaspoons pepper, 1 1/2 teaspoons salt, 1/3 cup vegetable oil and 1 tablespoon sesame oil.
