CHICKEN SALAD

1 chicken breast
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 Tbsp. salad oil
1 head lettuce, shredded
rice sticks

Bake chicken breast in 350 degrees oven for 45 minutes, having
put the salt, soy sauce and oil over the breast. Remove skin
and bones after cooking, shred chicken into very fine pieces.

Salad Dressing:
1/2 c. white vinegar
1/2 c. salad oil
1/2 c. soy sauce
1 green onion, minced
Serve salad in this order from bottom up: lettuce,
chicken, puffed rice sticks, dressing.
