TEMPTING TACO SALAD

1 lb. hamburger meat
1 (8 or 12 oz.) can kidney
beans
1 purple onion, diced
1 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
1 medium tomato, diced
1 small head lettuce, shredded
1 small can sliced black
olives
1 bag taco chips
Lawry's chunky taco sauce
Thousand Island dressing
seasoned salt

Brown hamburger meat with seasoned salt to taste. Drain
grease. Mix together in a large bowl the rest of the ingredi-
ents except taco sauce, Thousand Island dressing and taco
chips. Crush taco chips (approximately 1/2 bagful in a Ziploc
bag). Just before serving, add dressing (about 3 large table-
spoons), taco sauce (about 3/4 bottle) and crushed taco chips
to taste.
