CRANBERRY SALAD 1 pkg. regular strawberry jello 1 Tbsp. gelatin (unflavored) 1 c. hot water 1 Tbsp. lemon juice 2 cans whole cranberries 1/4 c. pecans 1/2 c. chopped celery 1/2 orange, chopped and ground Topping: 3 oz. cream cheese 1/4 c. mayonnaise Heat the cranberry sauce. Dissolve the strawberry jello in the hot water and add to the sauce. Soften the plain gelatin in the lemon juice and a tiny bit of water (1 table- spoon cold water). When soft, add to sauce. Add the other ingredients. Mold in individual molds or large ring mold. Serve on lettuce. Use Mayonnaise Topping: Mix cream cheese (softened) with mayonnaise. Serve along with the salad.
