GREEN PEA SALAD 1 head lettuce, shredded 1 lb. bacon, cooked 3 or 4 green onions 1 pkg. frozen green peas 1 c. mayonnaise Parmesan cheese Place frozen green peas in bottom of large Tupperware bowl; chop green onions and put on top of peas. Crumble bacon and put on next, then place shredded lettuce on. Spread mayonnaise evenly on top of lettuce and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Toss before serving.
