KANDY'S CURRIED FRUIT

1 can pears
1 can apricots
1 can peaches
1 can pineapple chunks
brown sugar
margarine
curry powder
maraschino cherries

Drain the fruit overnight. Cream together 1/2 to 3/4
cup of brown sugar, 1/2 cube margarine and 1 teaspoon curry
powder. In the morning, arrange fruit in flat oven dish. Cut
maraschino cherries in half and decorate the fruit. Dot brown
sugar mixture by the teaspoon all around on top. When ready to
serve, put in oven at 325 degrees to 350 degrees. Do not brown. Bake 35 to
45 minutes. Cover with foil if oven is too hot.
