1 c. pear juice
1 c. water
1 large pkg. lime gelatin
1 large can pears
1 small pkg. dessert topping
mix or 1 c. heavy cream
1 large pkg. cream cheese

Heat pear juice and cold water; dissolve gelatin in
mixture. Cool and partially congeal. Whip cream; beat cream
cheese and fold into whipped cream. Mash pears well and add to
mixture. Fold in gelatin; chill until firm.
