VEGETABLE SOUP

8 to 10 medium potatoes
1 medium onion, diced
1 can corned beef
1 (15 oz.) can whole tomatoes
1 (15 oz.) can corn
1 (15 oz.) can green peas
1 (15 oz.) can carrots
flour

Cut potatoes up and cook until tender along with onion.
Then add corned beef, tomatoes, corn, peas and carrots. Let
simmer a few minutes. In meantime, mix flour with water and
add to soup to thicken. Salt and pepper to taste. Other
vegetables may be added if you prefer.
