PEAR AND CREAM CHEESE SALAD
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime jello
1 (No. 303) can pears
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
pinch of salt
1 envelope Knox gelatine
1/4 c. cold water
Prepare jello according to package directions. Soften
gelatin in cold water and add hot jello. Let cool slightly
set. Mash pears and cream cheese together until fairly smooth.
Add to jello and gelatine mixture. Pour into a well oiled mold
or serving dish. Put in refrigerator to set, serve on a bed of
