STRAWBERRY SALAD 1 (6 oz.) pkg. strawberry jello 1 1/3 c. boiling water 1 can crushed pineapple 2 bananas, mashed 1 pkg. frozen strawberries, thawed but cold 1/2 c. chopped pecans 1/2 pt. sour cream (room temperature) Dissolve jello in boiling water. Add pineapple, ba- nanas, strawberries and nuts. Chill half of mixture in oblong Pyrex. Spread sour cream evenly over congealed mixture. Pour remaining strawberry mixture over sour cream. Refrigerate until congealed. Cut in squares.
