4 diced apples
3 c. miniature marshmallows
1 large can crushed pineapple,
drain and save juice
1 pkg. Cheddar cheese
1 pkg. fresh frozen coconut
3 Tbsp. flour
1/3 c. sugar
reserved pineapple juice
juice of 1 lemon
Cook flour, eggs, sugar, juices on low heat, stirring
constantly until thickened. Set aside to cool, then pour over
apples, marshmallows and pineapple. Cover with grated Cheddar
cheese and grated coconut. Refrigerate.
