CABBAGE SOUP

1 medium cabbage
2 cans kidney beans
1 qt. whole tomatoes
1 (6 oz.) tomato sauce
1 large onion
1 lb. ground beef
2 cloves garlic
1 1/2 Tbsp. chili powder
2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
1 1/2 tsp. basil leaves

Cook ground beef until done. Cut cabbage up, add to
beef. Add all the other ingredients, cook on medium 30 min-
utes. Cut back to simmer, 1 hour.
