1 qt. milk
2 Tbsp. butter
1 c. Velveeta cheese, grated
2 to 3 dashes Worcestershire
1 c. thinly sliced cooked
fresh broccoli (or frozen)
2 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
Melt butter; add flour and mix well. (Do not brown.)
Add milk slowly and mix thoroughly to prevent lumps. Add
seasonings, then Worcestershire sauce. Then the cheese. Mix
well until smooth, then add the broccoli.
