1 large can pineapple chunks
1 can fruit cocktail
1 pkg. instant lemon pudding
1 can mandarin oranges
2 or 3 sliced bananas

Mix fruit with its juices in a large bowl. Sprinkle
instant pudding over all. Stir gently until well mixed and
beginning to thicken. Chill overnight or for a few hours.
Keeps well for several days.
Variations: Use vanilla instant pudding instead of
lemon. Instead of fruit cocktail, use peaches, pears, apri-
cots, nectarines, whatever you have. Add 1 jar maraschino
cherries (drained). Serve with chocolate sheet cake. Yum yum.
