FROSTED 7-UP SALAD 2 pkg. lemon gelatin 2 c. 7-Up 1 c. small marshmallows 2 bananas, sliced 2 c. boiling water 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained but save juice Dissolve gelatin in hot water. Add 7-Up and let par- tially set. Add pineapple, marshmallows and bananas. Chill until solid. Top With: 1/2 c. sugar 2 Tbsp. flour 2 Tbsp. butter 1 c. pineapple juice 1 egg, beaten 2 c. whipped cream Cook until thick. Add butter, cool. When chilled, fold in whipped cream. Sprinkle over gelatin. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
