1/4 c. vinegar
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 c. salad oil
1 green onion, chopped
1 Tbsp. poppy seed
1 (10 oz.) pkg. fresh spinach
1/2 head lettuce
6 slices bacon
3/4 c. small curd cottage
Combine, shake well and chill vinegar, sugar, dry
mustard, salad oil, green onion and poppy seed. Tear into
pieces the spinach and lettuce. Cook bacon, crumble. Pour
dressing on greens and toss. Spoon on cottage cheese and toss.
Sprinkle bacon on and toss.
