DUTCH CABBAGE SALAD|
2 large heads cabbage,
2 medium onions, chopped
2 green peppers, chopped
2 c. sugar
Mix cabbage, onions and green peppers in a large bowl.
Add sugar. In medium saucepan, bring these ingredients to a
1 c. salad oil
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 Tbsp. salt
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 c. vinegar
1 tsp. celery seed
Pour hot mixture over cabbage and toss well. Chill.
Will keep several days. Drain well to serve. Serves 8 to 10
